The vibe here was family. The superior family room was huge with a huge walk in shower en suite, the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was next to bars restaurants and shops, and a pleasant beach.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

There were an air conditioner and a carpet in my amazingly comfortable room. The pool was good and I had tasty drinks in the poolside bar. Definitely, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really handy...

Fantastic Family Getaway!
Had a wonderful seven-night stay with family. The spacious room was perfect for us, offering a lovely balcony view and comfortable beds. Staff's friendly service, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Exploring nearby Nessebar was a highlight. Tip, Arrive early for meals!

In the center of the Sunny Beach; very close to the beach.
We had a smell in the rooms as if the rooms have stayed close for a long time. But it was ok at all.

Hotel is clean and nicely furnished. Terrace is very nice.
Only German food. More choice would be better. Bulgarian for example

The pool was nice, but where was the attention to detail? The kids club looked like a disaster zone, with broken toys strewn everywhere! I almost gave this place a good review, but the wifi was basically non-existent, unacceptable. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, that's not how they treat their "guests".

I appreciated the breakfast selection with pancakes, fruits, and yogurt, a pleasant surprise for my family. Arrive early for meals if you want to avoid the rush.

The hotel has good location - close to the sea and to the shops, restaurants, bars etc.
The breakfast was more than poor. It did not even reach the level of a three star hotel. The receptionists were quite rude, and did not speak English properly. We had to pay deposit at the booking, and when we paid, they tried to have the full price paid again (did not want to deduct the already paid deposit).Averall, the hotel is much more a three star hotel than a four in reality.

Breakfast was hot and the staff was pleasant. We were offered soft drinks, spirits, beers and wines at the sports-bar. Not far from the airport, 16 miles.
Can’t think of anything.

Spacious, scrumptious, sensational
The spacious Family Room with Balcony was my oasis, offering views that bathed the room in beautiful sunlight every morning. The outdoor dining area under well-tended gardens was good, especially the fresh fruits and scrumptious cakes! I loved the daily activities from the animation team, including engaging water polo that kept my family entertained and active.

I booked the hotel because of its price and the location (close to bars/discos, beach and bus station). If you expect a 4 * hotel you might be disappointed but you will get a very good 3 * hotel for a very fair price.

The hotel had a lovely, spacious family room with a poolside view. Staff were pleasant and attentive, especially at the bar. The food variety could become repetitive during the course of our trip, leaving us yearning for some fresh options.
